Peanut Butter Oatmeal Breakfast of Champions

I'm always looking for high energy breakfasts, alternative breakfasts to the packeted cereals in supermarkets. Directions: Not only is this delicious, it is a favorite of athletes for the energy it provides. If you have any food sensitivities this is one to avoid!

Microwave ½ cup of steel cut oats combined with ¾ of a cup, of unsweetened almond milk and a pinch of celtic or sea salt, on medium high for three minutes.

Place 2 teaspoons of organic peanut butter on top and stir evenly.

Once it is thoroughly mixed, sprinkle on ¼ teaspoon of an unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder to give it that extra zip. Mix well and enjoy.
