Swiss Ball Decline Push Up

This is a helpful knee healing, strengthening hip joints, core and shoulders and elbow joints. It will clean your limbs, blood cleanse and lymph, tendon cleaning, all healing for joints! The swiss ball is an assistance use its resistance and buoyancy for strengthening your core stability while healing knee joints.

START

  • Place lower limbs and feet on the swiss ball as you lie prone face down on the floor, hold the ball with your legs as you raise up on your hands. Stabilise on both hands so that you are evenly balanced left and right, but also upper and lower limbs are evenly balanced

  • Push up with both arms, shoulders evenly squared, elbows outward

  • Return to the floor, face onto floor, touch with chest and nose
