Swiss Ball Lunge For Lower Back

A strength and stability exercise, good for core lower back and knees. You can do this with dumbbells for extra strength while you work.

But otherwise do this lunge without dumbbells it's just as powerful for healing the body.

Before starting you can warm up a bit, swing your legs, shake them out, do a few side bends and shoulder rolls to loosen up? Whatever works for you?

  • Stand upright with hands beside you swiss ball behind you, look back as you reach one leg to rest upon the ball, so that the lower leg is holding the ball.
