Also known as Upward Hand Pose, this upward salute can help you improve your digestion. It is also a great pose for stretching the shoulders and armpits.


  • Stand feet with your big toes touching, and ground your feet in Pada Bandha- this term comes from the Sanskrit pada, meaning “foot,” and bandha, meaning “lock,” “tighten” or “harness.”Just root your feet into the mat where you stand, by placing them deliberately evenly with awareness. When in doubt, direct your attention to your feet
